You order a Toll Box in the self-service

You must have rights as a main or account administrator to place an order.

Order a Toll Box

You can order a Toll Box through Brobizz self-service. If you wish to order products from Brobizz, you must have main or account administrator rights.

To order products, you must first log in to self-service and select the account for which you want to order new products.

If you need to order more than 50 boxes, please contact Customer Service.

A Toll Box costs 120 kroner in setup fees and has a monthly subscription of DKK 30. The subscription starts from January 1, 2025.

The prices are exclusive of VAT.

Enter CO₂ class and weight correctly

It is a requirement that you specify the CO₂ class and the technically permissible maximum weight (F1) for both Danish and foreign vehicles if these are not automatically retrieved from The Danish Motor Register when entering the number plate.

For foreign vehicles, the following also applies:

CO₂ class 1: Upload the vehicle registration certificate containing information on the number plate, chassis number, and technically permissible maximum weight (F1).
CO₂ classes 2–5: Upload both the registration certificate and COC documentation or CIF documentation.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all vehicle information – including the CO₂ class – is correct.

If the information is entered incorrectly, this may result in additional fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. See the applicable prices in the fee list at brobizz.com.

Note: If you disagree with the CO₂ emission class that has been registered, you should contact The Danish Motor Agency. This only applies to Danish vehicles.

If you wish to order one or more Toll Boxes, please follow the steps below

Follow these steps:

Log in

Go to ‘Order’ via the menu on the left.

Click ‘Order’ under Toll Box.

Click ‘Order’ again under order Toll Box.

Select number and then whether you wish to fill in the vehicle details now or later. We recommend that you provide the vehicle details immediately. Vehicle details are important if you wish to obtain a Green discount on the Storebælt Bridge.

Select the payment method and fill in the vehicle details if you have chosen to provide them immediately. You can also choose a reference to your box in the top left corner.

Choose whether the order should be sent to your business address or enter an-other delivery address. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the green button ‘Next’.

Click “Order now” to confirm the final order.

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been registered. You will receive another email when your order has been sent.

Please note

If you return the Toll Box with damage or with visible markings such as permanent marker, you risk being charged a fee for a damaged Toll Box. See the fee amount here.

This is because we cannot reuse the Toll Box if it is damaged or visibly marked.

You will also be charged a fee if you have not returned the box to Brobizz within 60 days. See terms and fees.
