How to order new accessories for your Toll Box
If you need new accessories for your Toll Box, you can order the individual parts you are missing or choose a complete package containing all the necessary accessories. You can find the prices for the different accessories in our list of fees and prices.

It is possible to order the following accessories for your Toll Box:

How do we order new accessories?
Send an email to our customer service to order new accessories and provide the following information:
- Which accessories you would like to order
- How many items you need
When ordering new accessories, the expected delivery time is 10 business days.
Has the holder fallen off the windshield?
If the holder has fallen off the windshield, we recommend trying the following steps before ordering a new holder:
Step by step guide
Remove the old tape from the holder.
Clean the holder thoroughly with rubbing alcohol.
Apply new nano tape (double-sided adhesive tape) to the holder.
Clean the area of the windscreen where the holder is to be mounted.
Reattach the holder to the cleaned windscreen.
Has the holder fallen off the windshield?
In many cases, the holder can be reused by following the steps above.
