How to get a private account instead of a business account
If you would like to become a private customer instead of a business customer, you must close your products and terminate your business account. Read how to close your business account here.
Once your business account has been closed and you have received a confirmation by email, you can create a private account by selecting "Order" in the top right corner of the website.
Please note that, as a business customer, you must return your Bizz within 45 days of closing it to avoid a fee. You can read more about returns here.
Is it possible to have both a business account and a private account?
It is possible to have both a business account and a private account with Brobizz, provided that the accounts are registered with different email addresses. However, it is not possible to have number plate payment linked to the same vehicle registration number on multiple accounts.
If you need to use the agreement in the same vehicle, we recommend having a Bizz on both your business account and your private account. This way, you can choose which Bizz to use depending on which account should be charged for the trip.
