How to cancel an existing profile?

You cancel profiles in the self-service

You can always cancel your own profile but you need to be a main administrator to cancel other account administrators profiles

Log in

Select 'My profile' on the left

Next, click 'Cancel login access' in the bottom right corner

Confirm that you want to cancel the profile by clicking 'Cancel login access'

How to cancel account administrators

As an account administrator, you can cancel other account administrators and product access

Log in

Select 'Administration' on the left

Next, select the 'Profiles' tab at the top

Click on the profile you want to cancel

Then click 'Cancel login access' in the bottom right corner

Finally, you must confirm that you are about to cancel the profile. Click 'Cancel login access' in the box that appears

How to cancel a main administrator

As a main administrator, you can cancel other main administrators as well as account administrators and product access

Next, select the 'Profiles' tab at the top

Click on the profile you want to cancel

Click 'Cancel login access' in the bottom right corner

Finally, you must confirm that you are about to cancel the profile. Click 'Cancel login access' in the box that appears
