What happens when my product with Brobizz is cancelled?

Here you can find answers to what happens when you cancel your product at Brobizz, and whether you can get your deposit back and more.

When you cancel your Bizz or number plate payment at Brobizz, it can take up to 24 hours before the closure takes effect with our partners such as the Storebælt Bridge or the Øresund Bridge.

Remember to close your discount agreement

If you have a discount agreement such as an ØresundGO agreement with the Øresund Bridge or an AutoBizz SMART agreement with the Øresund Line, you must cancel it yourself. It does not happen automatically when you have cancelled your number plate payment or Bizz with Brobizz.

Do you want to reactivate your product?

You cannot reactivate your Bizz or number plate payment once it has been cancelled, but you can always order a new number plate payment or Bizz through self-service.

Do I have a deposit to be refunded?

If you ordered your Bizz before February 1, 2021, you might have paid a deposit. If you have a deposit on your Bizz, you can get it refunded by filling out the following form.

It is a help if you have an active payment card linked to your profile with Brobizz so that we can refund the money faster.

Do I need to return my Bizz to Brobizz?

When you have cancelled your Bizz, you do NOT need to return it to us.

Instead, we recommend that you sort it as electronic waste in your waste sorting or drop it off at your local recycling station. You can read more about waste sorting on your municipality's website.
